One of my favorites! I make this for lunch or dinner whenever I can. I didn’t cook today because the bf stayed at school so I had dinner by myself =)

Chocolate Chai Protein Cakes!

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup brewed vanilla chai tea
  • 2 tsp brown sugar or natural sweetener
  • 2 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1 cup of plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp of baking powder

First brew your tea so it’ll have time to cool. Make it as you normally would but with only 1/4 cup so that the flavor will be more concentrated.

Cut up the banana and put it in a blender or food processor along with the rest of your ingredients. Add the chai tea to the mixture and blend.

Spray nonstick cooking spray on a cupcake tin and pour your mixture inside. You can sprinkle nuts or fruit on the top if you like (:

Bake for about 45 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Let them cool for a few minutes before you eat.

Enjoy!
